Symposium Dinner will take place on Monday 8th August at Park Hyatt Tokyo 39F Ballroom. This is a fantastic opportunity to relax and socialize with fellow delegates in an informal setting and enjoy an evening of fine food and drinks. Only registered person can enter the symposium. The registration goes by PayPal. PayPal is not link to EasyChair (submission system). Please create a new account or use the existing account for Paypal. All register should be input Paper ID, Name and Affiliation in the text box. If you are not author, input "0" as Paper ID. If you accompany a person, please add his/her name. Please proceed with your registration from below. Alternatively, you can pay the registration fee through a bank transfer. If you want a bank transfer, please contact us.

Event-Pay

Payment options are added for Japanese participants. Participants can use "Event-Pay" system with the additional system utilization charge (220 JPY/person) . The visualization Society of Japan manages the accounts. You can obtain the receipt for your payment via "Event-pay" system.
Via "Event-pay" system , you can select "pay-easy(bank account) ", "Convenience store payment ".
Please note ! You need to write your paper ID instead of your phone-number.


To Authors/Co-authors

・At least one registration is required for each paper to be accepted for PSFVIP13.

・One registration covers only one presentation.

・To co-author of more than one papers: Your registration will cover only one of the papers. Be sure that the other paper(s) are covered by another registration(s).

・If you are a single author of plural papers, please contact us.

・Completion of an online registration by July 15, 2022 is required for a paper to be included in the conference program and the book of paper.

The registration fee includes:

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellations made before July 15, 2022 will receive a full refund excluding administrative fees.
